Enter the above information that pertains to your BBS.. Do not enter
any data below Line 16... And do not type any data in any column greater
than 25. Lines 7 through 12 should contain the information about
your Userfile, Callinfo file, Dorinfo file etc. You need to tell
BBSBGM where to find the appropriate information. Line 8 should
contain the line number of your Userfile where BBSBGM can find
the user's first name. Line 9... last name.. in the above example
the user's first and last name were on the same line in the userfile.
Line 10 should contain the line number of your Userfile where
BBSBGM can find your user's baud rate.
Lines 11 and 12 are optional. If your userfile does not contain a
timelimit number or a time used number then you may enter a 0 followed
by a number which should indicate the amount of time allowed for this
door. For example;
to allow users 30 minutes in this door put
0 30 in line 11 and
0 0 in line 12.
BBSBgm Now supports the timeleft in seconds that can be found in a
Chain.txt type user file. BBSBGM recognizes "CHAIN.TXT" and will
read the time left correctly.
The above example should work with a Chain.txt file which has the
users time left in seconds.. on line 16 of chain.txt
In Line 13 put the time that you, the SysOp, will accept pages from
users who wish to challenge you for play.
example: 7am
9am
11am
3pm
10pm etc.
Valid times are similar to the following:
7am 13 time Sysop becomes available for play.
15 14 (15 hours) each day [from 7am to 10pm]..
or
6pm 13 time Sysop becomes available for play.
1 14 (1 hour) each day [from 6pm to 7pm]..
or
1am 13 time Sysop becomes available for play.
0 14 Sysop IS NOT available for play ever.
or
1am 13 time Sysop becomes available for play.
24 14 Sysop IS always available for play.
In Line 15 put a 1 or a 0. RTS handshaking may be required by your modem
to work properly at a High speed connection. Put a 1 to enable RTS
Handshaking or a 0 to not use RTS handshaking.
In Line 16 put a 1 or a 0. CTS handshaking may be required by your modem
to work properly at a High speed connection. Put a 1 to enable CTS
